The following chart is an example of a credit card billing statement. In addition to the information that is included on it, a typical statement would include an itemized summary of the transactions that occurred within the billing period. An address would be printed on the reverse side of statement at which to write if you were to contest information as reported on the statement (See The Fair Credit Billing Act).
